We think customisation is important for providers but we want to ensure that anything we build uses our core base framework as the starting point.
We understand that some GRC providers price each client for their needs and that is fine but we think a subscription model is faster for use and provides savings to the end customer. The more customised a software company gets the more labour it needs.

Some of our changes to our software are done within short time periods (such as hours) but other larger changes can take longer.
We view that AI can be an important part in functionality and user experience based upon how it is implemented.

Again, we are careful given there is pitfalls with client data ownership, privacy and confidentiality and other commercial consideration that must be mapped for all clients.
